Nina Anderson
Nina is an International Sports Science Association certified Specialist in
Performance Nutrition and licensed commercial pilot. Upon graduation from
Monmouth College, Nina embarked on a aviation career, which spanned three
decades flying both commercial airline and corporate planes. During this time
she developed a love of writing and over the last ten years has authored 16
books on aviation, golf, the environment, pet health and natural healing. Her
interest in technology and conspiracy theories gave her the idea for her novel,
2012, Airborne Prophesy. She currently flies a Hawker jet and leads human
factors seminars for corporations and the FAA Wings Program.
Nina has also been an active researcher in the alternative health field for over
twenty years. As a salesperson for several housing manufacturers she
encouraged using non-toxic building products and in 1991 subsequently wrote
Your Health and Your House, published by Keats Publishing and Are You
Poisoning Your Pets by Avery Publishing. She also wrote a natural pet
columnist for Healthy & Natural magazine and was contributing editor for
Yacht Racing magazine. Her most popular book titles include Low Carb and
Beyond, ADD, The Natural Approach, Eliminating Pilot Error, The Backseat
Flyer, The Secrets of Staying Young and Nutritional Leverage for Great Golf.
